About Good Trouble

Good Trouble was founded with a simple idea: what if the games industry invited ALL gamers to play? We're on a mission to help build a new hyper-accessible future for the games industry, and that starts with empowering both gamers and studios alike.

Senior Account Executive

Good Trouble is the games technology company on a mission to help studios grow their audiences and provide world-class accessible experiences.

Founded in 2023 and trusted by thousands of gamers, studios, and (surprisingly!) healthcare professionals, Good Trouble is setting the new standard for games accessibility. We push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and consistently deliver game-changing value to our customers. We're a team of good troublemakers, united by shared values, and a desire to change the industry for the better.

What's the opportunity?

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a cornerstone of our rapidly growing sales organization and a mentor to the next generation of Good Troublemakers. Beyond driving significant revenue growth, you'll play a crucial role in developing our sales team and establishing best practices that will scale with our business.

At Good Trouble, we aim to do sales differently. We are asking game studios to put us at the core of their game development process, and we can only do this by putting our customers at the core of everything we do. We genuinely believe in the long-term growth and continued development of each Good Troublemaker. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll not only advance your own career but actively shape the careers of others. In this role, you join a fast-growing company that believes in development and promotion from within, with exceptional opportunity for progression into sales leadership roles.

  • Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Good Trouble as an accessibility expert at major industry events, speaking engagements, and strategic partnership discussions

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Solutions Engineers on complex technical demonstrations and partner with Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy

  • Team Building: Contribute to sales team culture, interview candidates, and help establish scalable sales processes and playbooks

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including platform holders, major publishers, and accessibility advocacy organizations
