What's the opportunity?
As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business. We're building a world-class sales organization in the rapidly evolving games industry, and the road ahead is going to be very exciting.

We are asking game studios to put us at the core of their game development process, and we can only do this by putting our customers at the core of everything we do. What will I be doing?
Evangelize our accessibility technology by spearheading the growth and adoption of Good Trouble solutions across indie studios, mid-market developers, enterprise game companies, and games funds
Manage the full sales cycle for game studio customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach that understands the unique challenges of game development
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance
Articulate Good Trouble's value proposition to game developers, publishers, and studio executives using compelling ROI and accessibility impact metrics
Forecast and plan pacing throughout each month and quarter, aligning with game development cycles and industry events
Partner with Solutions Engineers to demonstrate our technology's impact on player engagement and accessibility compliance
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to act as the voice of game studios and stay ahead of industry accessibility trends
Build relationships within the games industry ecosystem, including attending conferences like GDC, PAX, and accessibility-focused events
What skills do I need?
2+ years experience in a closing sales role
1+ years selling SaaS products, preferably in gaming, data, entertainment, or developer tools
Experience in outbound prospecting, ideally within the games industry
Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
Understanding of game development processes and the unique challenges studios face
Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can speak the language of game developers
Comfortable and energized operating in the fast-moving games industry, working with studios ranging from indie teams to AAA publishers to games funds
Ability to close net new business in a competitive and rapidly evolving market
Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine passion for making games more accessible
Bonus: Personal gaming experience and understanding of accessibility challenges in gaming

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
The OTE range for Early to Mid-Level candidates in major North American cities is $70,000-$120,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and games industry background. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for equity in the form of stock options.
