Good Trouble Introduction
Good Trouble’s mission is to create games that put player experience and accessibility at the forefront, striving to raise the bar for equity, diversity, and approachability in games. As a remote-first studio, we welcome applications from US-based collaborators regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, identity, or ability.
As Lead Producer, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the production pipeline of our currently unannounced project. You will work closely with our development team and investment partners to create timelines, check-ins, and milestones to measure the progress of our project.
Being an exclusively remote studio, autonomy and accountability are key. As a Good Trouble employee, you will not be micromanaged or expected to micromanage others. Team members are expected to keep their own schedules and organize their own tasks. Our structure means that we all share a great deal of trust in the completion of labor, and that we’ll stick on task and on schedule.
Lead the development team in the production of our game, ensuring that our project stays timely, positive, and focused.
Perform regular check-ins with team members to evaluate progress, needs, and pain-points. Work with team members, management and stakeholders to make adjustments should issues arise.
Create, enact, and track detailed timelines including setting short, medium, and long-term goals that encourage the healthy productivity of our team, forward momentum of our project, and satisfactory milestone advancement for our project partners.
